Return and Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made on cavunera.com.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible the item must be unused and in its original packaging, with every piece, accessory and instruction sheet included.

Toys and craft sets are returnable only while complete. A building set missing pieces, or a craft set with pens or chalks that have been used, cannot be resold and cannot be refunded as a change of mind.

Items we cannot take back once opened

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on items worn on the face, hair or skin once they have been removed from their packaging. That includes hair chalks, hairbands and face masks. This does not affect your rights if the item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect.

How to start a return

Email service@cavuneravip.com with your order number and the reason. We reply within 2 business days with the return address. Please do not send anything back before you have that confirmation — unannounced returns cannot be matched to an order.

Who pays return shipping

  • Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: we cover return shipping.
  • Change of mind: return shipping is at your cost. We recommend a tracked service; we cannot refund a parcel that does not reach us.
  • Wrong size or age range ordered: treated as change of mind. Please check the stated age range and measurements on the product page before ordering.

Missing or broken pieces

If a set arrives with a piece missing or broken, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. Where we can supply the individual part we will send it rather than ask you to return the whole set.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been inspected we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 days to show it. Original shipping charges are refunded only where the item was faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Warranty against manufacturing defects

We warrant our products against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. On powered items this covers the motor, battery and electronics failing in normal use.

What is not covered

  • Consumables and wear items — ink, chalk, refills and adhesive pads
  • Normal wear from everyday play, including scuffs, fading and surface marks
  • Damage from misuse, from use outside the stated age range, or from use other than as described in the instructions
  • Damage from washing an item that is not marked washable
  • Items returned incomplete, soiled or without their accessories

Damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the outer packaging and the item before disposing of anything and email us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or refund in full.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order at no cost any time before it ships. Email service@cavuneravip.com as soon as possible.
