Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of cavunera.com and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding contract. Our products are made for children, but the account and the order are the responsibility of an adult. You confirm the information you give us at checkout is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method presented.
2. What you are buying
Product pages state exactly what is included. Where an item is sold as a set, the page lists the pieces, colours and accessories in it. Where an item is sold singly, it includes only that item and the parts fitted to it.
3. Age range and suitability
Each product page states the age range the item is intended for. Please follow it. Items containing small parts, small balls or long cords are not suitable for children under 3 unless the page says otherwise, and craft items intended for older children may not suit a younger child even where an adult is present.
Age guidance is about suitability and supervision, not ability. You know your child best — if you are unsure whether an item suits them, email us before ordering and we will tell you what is in the box.
4. Supervision
Some items are intended to be used with adult supervision, and the product page says so where that applies. Craft and colour products are for use on paper and on the surfaces described, not on skin, unless the page states they are skin-safe. Please read the instructions supplied with the product before first use and keep them for reference.
5. Materials, colour and finish
Colours vary slightly between production runs, and screen calibration affects how colours appear in photographs. Hand-finished and printed items vary a little piece to piece. Approximate dimensions are given on the product page and are flagged as approximate.
6. Care
Clean as described on the product page. Do not machine wash or tumble dry an item unless it is marked washable, and do not use solvents or abrasive cleaners on printed or coated surfaces. Damage caused by cleaning against the instructions is not covered by any remedy.
7. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any import duty or tax charged by your destination country. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted.
Payment is taken at checkout. Your order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we send the shipping confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order — because of a stock, pricing or fraud-screening issue — we will cancel it and refund you in full.
8. Cancellations and returns
You may cancel an order at no cost before it ships by emailing service@cavuneravip.com. Once shipped, our Return and Refund Policy applies and forms part of these terms.
9. Accounts
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission.
10. Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to place fraudulent orders, to scrape or copy our content for commercial use, to introduce malicious code, or to interfere with the site’s operation or security. We may refuse service or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect misuse.
11. Intellectual property
The text, images, layout and design on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the products in that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This clause does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that governs that order.
